How long will it take for me to get my items?
Shipping time: We process all orders through our US warehouse to ensure fast shipping. US products are delivered in 2-5 business days, and overseas sourced products are delivered in 5-10 business days.
Can I return my items?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. Please email us to velvetboutiqueusa@gmail.com to get a Return authorization code and give you instructions to ship the item back. Once we receive the unworn item we will proceed to process a refund. Please allow 5 days for processing purposes.
The customer will be responsible for covering any shipping charges to return items.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please request a refund by sending an email with a picture of the damaged or wrong item along with a picture of the SKU sticker on the packaging to velvetboutiqueusa@gmail.com
Can I exchange my item?
We do not exchange items. You will need to return and get a refund. Then order a new item.
